NEW CLASSES     NEW STUDIO

Studio 2 for Yoga and Wellness

The type of yoga taught at Studio 2 is inspired by many styles of yoga.  The class structure is determined by the students in the class and can range from a flow style, power yoga or a more gentle approach.

We believe that your experience at the studio is your own and ot put a style to each class means we are limiting our teaching and limiting your yoga experience. 

Be sure to inform the instructor of any requests or injuries so that your experience at the studio is an inspiring one.

If you have injuries or limitations, a private yoga session can be scheduled to meet your needs.

We have taken into consideration the varying styles of yoga and have scheduled your favourites such as:  vinyasa, power, ashtanga, meditation and beginner yoga.

Prices, Policies and Procedures

Single class:   $16

5 class pass: $75

10 class pass: $135

20 class pass: $240

First time at the studio?  $25 unlimited for 1 week! 

*Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

*The studio door is locked when class begins.

*Be mindful of others, please do not wear heavy synthetic purfumes during class.

*Wear loose, comfortable clothing 

*Incense is burned throughout the studio, please advise if you are sensitive..

*Bring a blanket or towel for final relaxation (optional).

*Please bring a yoga mat.  Studio mats are available in limited quantity and are cleaned and wiped down after every class with a solution of tea tree oil and water.

*class passes have an expiry date and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

*schedule is subject to change without notice.  Minimum of 5 participants needed to run a class or workshop.

You do not have to be flexible to join yoga and the "level" of yoga taught is unique to you.  You advance your own yoga practice at your own pace and some people may advance more quickly than others.

Yoga improves balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. It stimulates all of the internal organs, calms the nervous system, restores and rejuvenates the body. Yoga reduces stress and makes you feel better. Though yoga has many physical benefits, what is really important is how it makes us feel. Yoga enhances mental and emotional well being and it improves concentration and mental clarity.

Based on Donna Eden's Energy Medicine, Noelle has created an unique yoga session for office professionals that combines yoga asana, meridian massage/tapping and simple exercises that enhances mental clarity, improves memory, relieves tension and headaches and improves energy flow for a more productive workday.
