Eye Qi Gong
Master Teresa Yeung is coming to Georgetown
to teach the Wu’s Eye Qi Gong™ Workshop
Wu’s Eye Qi Gong ™ is a specialized Qi Gong form that is designed to help the eyes and the liver. Clients have reported receiving improvement in many areas: myopia, blurry eyes, dry eyes, tired eyes, cataracts, headaches/migraines, detached retina, macular degeneration, insomnia problems. Choose to protect and support your eyes now if you are spending a lot of time in front of a computer.
History: Grandmaster Wu's Eye Qi Gong™ style was created in the late 1980s to help heal his mother's bleeding eyes - she was going blind. His mother quickly recovered after practicing the Wu’s Eye Qi Gong™ and could even put a thread through a needle. Later, the Wu’s Eye Qi Gong™ style underwent a three-year, scientific research study consisting of a 100-person medical team, with 4000 documented clinical cases in China and had a success rate of 90%. Over millions of people have practiced this style throughout China including students in primary and secondary schools, where they continue to practice to this day.
Master Teresa Yeung is a Generational Master of Qi Gong. She is the successor to Grandmaster Weizhao Wu who achieved the highest Qi Gong title in China. Master Teresa® is now carrying the torch from China and is heir to thousands of years of medical Qi Gong knowledge that has been passed along from one master to another. Her sensitivity to the energy flow is extraordinary. Master Teresa® knows how to “scan” the Qi and detect blockages in living organisms, things and places. She interprets the Qi energy in relationship to our physical and emotional body.

5 Minute Daily Energy Routine
First step: Three thumps
Jump Start your energies with the 3 Thumps!
Tap the K27 point. All the meridians cross the Kidney meridian and when your energies run backwards, you will feel drowsy and have difficulty concentrating. Tap the K27 point located just below your collar bone for 3 deep breaths: in through the nose, and out through the mouth.
Tap the Thymus Gland to help restore your immune system, stimulate your energies and increase strength and vitality. Located on the chest where you would do a 'tarzan' thump. Thump with fists as you take 3 deep breaths; in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Tap the Spleen Neurolymphatic points to help the function of your immune system, flush toxins and fight infection as well as balance your blood chemistry. Also good when you are giving a speech and you cannot find your words as the spleen meridian is about assimilation of words and food. Tap when you know you're about to eat something that's going to 'upset' your stomach. Located about 4 inches below the armpit (ladies: just below your bra strap), and forward of the seem of your shirt: poke around between the 9th and 10th rib and the 8th and 9th rib for a tender spot. That's it! tap 3 breaths: in through the nose, out through the mouth.
